Mark Adam
With more than 25 years at one of the nation’s leading event technology companies, Mark has an extensive background in operations leadership and commercial property management. He has overseen property acquisition and expansions, lease negotiations, financial modeling, building maintenance and repair expenses, TI allowances, budgets, workflow design, and safety protocols. He’s successfully navigated major asbestos remediation, plumbing disasters, hurricane damage, gas leaks and more. His responsibilities also involved move-in & move-out planning and logistics, all this across more than 30 locations in 17 states, totaling more than a quarter of a million square feet of office and warehouse space.
With Real Property Management Concierge, you can count on Mark’s local knowledge and management expertise, supported by systems and processes proven effective in more than 61,000 residential properties across the nation. Mark understands the value in communicating closely and consistently with his clients while protecting their investment. Along with his family, Mark has called Bergen County home since 1994. Mark brings both executive leadership experience and a disciplined work ethic to his role as your property manager.
An avid sports fan, home landscaping enthusiast, and devoted family man, Mark enjoys working in the yard almost as much as following his favorite teams. He is proud that his lawn always looks professionally manicured and leaf-free in the fall and often jokes with his daughter that he doesn’t prefer autumn because it simply gets too messy. The neighbors are accustomed to seeing Mark on weekends either pushing his mower or clearing debris with his backpack blower. A Yankee, Knick, and lifelong Washington Football Team fan, Mark loves to talk sports, watch the games, or listen to sports talk radio whenever time allows.
